Flaw in iPhone, iPads may have allowed hackers to steal data for years

Apple is planning to fix a massive security flaw in their system that might have made over half a billion iPhones vulnerable to attacks from hackers. This bug was present in the iPads too and was discovered by mobile security forensics company, ZecOps. While the company was trying to investigate a cyberattack back from 2019, they discovered this evidence. This flaw has been exploited about six times. Apple also acknowledged that this flaw exists and they are going to roll out an update, which will address the issue.
