Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas have called it quits after a year-long relationship. Both the actors made the news official by making a public announcement this Monday, January 18 about them going their separate ways from now on.
A source confirmed that Ana de Armas is the one to break it off with Ben Affleck. The relationship had faced a crossroad which made it difficult for the both of them to carry forward. The anonymous source informs that Ana did not want to be based in Los Angeles and it was impossible for Ben to move from there because of his kids. Both mutually and amicably decided to part ways.

According to recent photos that have surfaced, Ben Affleck has thrown out a life-size cardboard cutout of Ana in his trash today. The Knives Out actress’ cutout shows her in casual clothes lying on her back. However, it is clear that her ex is not one for keepsakes.
This cutout of Ana de Armas was seen once before while Affleck’s kids were playing with it. It was earlier reported in the People Magazine that Affleck’s kids with Jennifer Garner, namely Samuel, Seraphina, and Violet spent time with Ana de Armas during summer. The cutout was used to prank daddy Affleck.
However, the photos from the Daily Mail shows that the cutout finds its place inside Ben Affleck’s trash soon after their split. Moreover, it took two people to put the life-size cardboard into the trash.
According to other sources, the breakup has not been devoid of love and respect for each other. Ben Affleck, 48 wants to work and improve on this relationship, the source mentions. However, both of them are in two different phases in their lives. The ex-couple has not severed all ties it seems as they continue to talk on a regular basis.
