On December 24, the entirety of Britain was able to see the Duchess play the piano. It was recorded on the 8th of December and aired on Christmas Eve on ITV.
Duchess Kate Middleton’s Mesmerizing Performance
The performance was at the concert named Royal Carols in Westminster Abbey. Kate Middleton sat at a piano decorated beautifully with candles. She played next to a stringed instruments section and backup singers. Tom Walker, a Scottish musician, performed his holiday piece, “For The Ones Who Cannot Be Here.”
Tom Walker notified the British network that the Duchess is extremely talented. Her skills with the piano showcased how skilled he had become with her art and it was indeed a joy to watch. It was a sight to behold. He said that it is generally difficult to start performing with a band one has never encountered and doing live takes. However, Kate Middleton pulled it off, and she improved the entire routine very well.
The broadcast was an hour-long. It was a star-studded event. Leona Lewis and Ellie Goulding sang joyful Christmas carols. Tom Felton, who played Malfoy in the wildly successful Harry Potter series, read a lovely Christmas letter.
The Duchess of Cambridge commenced the special program with a festive and joyful message of generosity and warmth to dissipate the bland pandemic period.
Kate Middleton also spoke about the importance of music in her life during the lockdown period and in the lives of other people as well. She concluded by saying that the service, at its heart, was about honoring the affection, acts of charity and kindness, benevolence, love, and empathy to aid people in tiding over these hard times.
