PARKERSBURG — Hall Financial Advisors has announced the elevation of Rob Beardmore and Kevin Knab to partner status.
Both individuals have shown remarkable dedication to their clients and have played a crucial role in the firm’s development and success, according to a press release from HFA. Their leadership and expertise will greatly enhance the team’s capacity to offer tailored financial strategies to clients throughout the region, the release noted.
Beardmore began his journey with Hall Financial Advisors in the summer of 2016 as a financial adviser. With a background in petroleum engineering/geology and 16 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, he transitioned to financial planning to merge his technical skills with his passion for helping clients realize their objectives. He holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations and is licensed in life, accident, and health insurance.
As a new partner at HFA, Beardmore continues to utilize his in-depth knowledge of investment planning and client-oriented solutions, the firm stated.
“Achieving this position has always been a goal and aspiration for me—being part of an exceptional team that genuinely cares about enhancing our clients’ quality of life,” Beardmore commented. “It’s a significant responsibility that everyone at this firm respects deeply, including myself. I’m proud to be part of the leadership team as we strive to operate at the highest level for our clients.”
Beardmore lives in Marietta with his wife, Jana, who is a nurse practitioner, and their son, Isaac. A dedicated outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, boating, and traveling with his family.
He is also actively involved in several community organizations, including SOOGA (Southeastern Ohio Oil and Gas Association), OOGA (Ohio Oil and Gas Association), SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineers), Harmar Lodge 390 F&AM, Marietta Shrine Club, Moose Lodge 1823, American Legion Post 64, Marietta Country Club, the Marietta Boat Club, and Marietta Area Chamber of Commerce (MCAA) Board of Directors. The Beardmore family attends and are members of The Journey Church in Marietta.
Knab joined Hall Financial Advisors in 2017 as a financial adviser, bringing five years of community banking experience, including his role as vice president of lending. He is a certified financial planner and holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations. His talent for simplifying complex financial topics and fostering long-term relationships has made him a vital asset to the team.
Knab expressed his enthusiasm for his new role, stating, “It’s uncommon to find a firm that deeply cares for its clients and employees while functioning as a high-performing team. I feel fortunate to wake up each day and work for Hall Financial Advisors. I am eager to contribute to leadership at the firm and help develop the next generation of financial professionals.”
Knab lives in Marietta with his wife, Krissy, a physician’s assistant; their two children, Evelyn and Lucas; and their Border Collie, Bruno. He enjoys hiking, kayaking, basketball, and softball outside of work, remaining actively engaged with the Marietta College basketball program.
Chris Hall, CPFA, founding partner and CEO of Hall Financial Advisors, shared his insights on the promotions: “Over the years, Rob and Kevin have developed into more than just excellent financial advisers. They possess complementary skills and expertise that enhance our firm’s aspirations, helping us to consistently surpass client expectations. Their leadership will be crucial as we continue providing award-winning financial services.”
Jeremiah Kuhn, CPFA, partner at HFA, remarked, “Integrity and trust are the bedrock of any great relationship. Rob and Kevin embody these qualities in every client interaction. It’s a privilege to call them partners and friends. I look forward to working alongside them as we continue to expand and serve our clients.”
