New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy (D) on Wednesday evening reported the Garden State’s first hypothetical instance of coronavirus.

Murphy said the patient being referred to was a man in his 30s who has been hospitalized in Bergen County since Tuesday, including that an examination is as yet in progress.

“My organization is working strongly to keep residents safe and contain the spread of COVID-19 in New Jersey,” Murphy said in an announcement. “We pay attention to this circumstance very and have been planning for this for a considerable length of time.
