David Stanley and Jenna Ushkowitz are officially married now. The 35-year-old star of Glee got married to David on Saturday in Los Angeles. The ceremony was held outdoors. Brides had the first exclusive access to the ceremony as well as their stunning wedding portrait.
It’s A Dream Come True For Jenna Ushkowitz
Jenna Ushkowitz said that the two were grateful and elated that the wedding date did not have to be postponed, and that they were able to live out their dreams. She considered nothing short of a gift to have been able to have their family and friends in attendance for the ceremony.
For the special day, Jenna Ushkowitz was dressed in a strapless gown, an elegant creation of Kinsley James Couture Bridal and Netta BenShabu. Stanley opted for a Hugo Boss tuxedo.
The actress, with regards to their nuptials, said that both of them have always dreamed of having a ceremony that was quaint and small. However, COVID had forced them to decrease the size much more than they had anticipated. 104 guests were attending the ceremony on the day.
Jenna Ushkowitz added that having their loved ones and closest family in attendance and safety was the top priority. Right from the start, they had expected to have to limit their guests. This had allowed them to put all their attention into planning and ensuring that they could be flexible in case of any last-minute changes.
The sweet wedding ceremony took place a short time after the two of them had celebrated their 3rd year of being together. Jenna Ushkowitz had written thanks to David for choosing her, in a post that showed the two hugging Bear, the couple’s French Bulldog. The actress had formally announced her engagement last year in August.
