FOUND: AMBER ALERT cancelled after 3 children found safe [officials]

New Jersey specialists have given an AMBER Alert after three children were purportedly snatched on Sunday evening.

According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), Jamarcus Russell, 11, Jasmine Russell, 9, (envisioned) and Jaquan Russell, 8, were grabbed from 1919 Clayton Williamstown Road in Franklinville, Gloucester County, at around 2:30 p.m.

Authorities trust Travis Russell, 36, who captured the three adolescents. His relationship with the three adolescents was not revealed.

The alert communicated that Travis Russell was last spotted driving a 2017 silver Nissan Altima with New Jersey plates reading H53MCS. He was purportedly propped up observed traveling southbound on Interstate 295 near the Delaware Memorial Bridge.

The three missing children were depicted as having dim hair and darker eyes.

Travis Russell was depicted as being 6 feet, 2 inches tall, weighing around 220 pounds, and having dim hair and darker eyes.
