Saturday witnessed the first installment of a serialized version of ‘Finding Freedom’, the much-awaited book which allegedly provides a peek into the Royal world.

Published in the Times of London, the new book discusses the life of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, describing the circumstances leading to their stepping down as senior royals.

It is written by Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, who closely look at the allegedly sour gotten relations between Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton.

“Although Meghan tried to make eye contact with Kate, the duchess barely acknowledged her,” the excerpt said.

Scobie said to “purposefully snub your sister-in-law or your brother or brother-in-law in Kate’s case . . . I don’t think it left a great taste in the couple’s mouths.”

When their popularity started growing, Harry and Meghan found it difficult to understand why barely anyone inside the palace was looking out for them.

Durand and Scobie suggested some palace officials were not happy with the popularity of the Sussexes’. There were fears that senior royals might be overshadowed. Harry is 6th in the line for the throne.

However, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have denied contributing to the book.
