The NFL Draft of 2022 will come out in just a week and there were some mock drafts that must be revealed to the media for the ultimate big game with 150 strong players. This is going o for a long time and this is no quarterback class to get a Joe Burrow or Trevor Lawrence. Though it feels like an improvement from the group of 2013 which had EJ Manuel, the sole first-rounder, the current reality is that they have only one first-round grade on the passers and that is Ole Miss’ Matt Corral.

The 2022 NFL Draft Will Commence In The Next Week

The rule at the NFL Draft does not mean that just one quarterback player is allowed to get in the round one. It is very normal for teams to draft team players and mostly grafting of players for important positions is done. The usual expectation is three or four among the 32 first selections.

The positive news is that if a team has decided on a quarterback franchise, there will be a cornerback, edge rusher, safety, offensive line, and depth at wide receiver. This is seen in the Big Board where 27 athletes are present in first-round grades. The Board includes players like Aidan Hutchinson, Ahmad Gardner, Evan Neal, Drake London, Derek Stingley, and many more.

The no.1 player position has still been taken by Aidan Hutchinson from the middle of the season of college football. As per Ikem Ekwonu, he needs to work a lot harder to be a stronger player and this news will be frightening for the defensive line of the NFL. Ekwonu survived in college by mere athleticism and huge strength and now his main responsibility is to improve himself and then there will be no way to stop him.

However, many people are stating that this NFL Draft of 2022 will have the most boring first round as there will not be any surprising picks or trades.
