A cat in Belgian has tried positive for the coronavirus subsequent to getting the possibly fatal bug from a tainted proprietor, authorities said Friday.

The wiped out pet in Liège tried positive subsequent to demonstrating exemplary side effects of COVID-19 — including trouble breathing — seven days after its proprietor previously fell wiped out, wellbeing authorities told a question and answer session, the Brussels Times reports.

While it is the main known contamination of a feline, two mutts in Hong Kong have recently tried positive — with the initial, a 17-year-old Pomeranian, kicking the bucket in the wake of getting back from an isolate.

“The cat had diarrhea, kept vomiting and had breathing difficulties. The researchers found the virus in the cat’s feces,” professor Steven Van Gucht said Friday, according to the outlet.

No data was given on the states of either the cat or its proprietor, the Brussels Times said.
