Aaron Taylor Johnson: His Thoughts On His Career And Being The Next James Bond

Next month, Aaron Taylor Johnson will be on the cover of Rolling Stone UK. The 33-year-old actor has a lot of plans for the rest of the year. Besides having a small part in “The Fall Guy” (out May 3 from Warner Bros.), he’s also the star of “Kraven the Hunter” (out Aug. 30 from Sony) and is in Robert Eggers’ “Nosferatu” (out Dec. 25 from Focus Features). Following his one appearance as Pietro Maximoff in “Avengers: Age of Ultron” (2015), Taylor-Johnson has the chance to start a new superhero series with “Kraven.”

When asked about facing Kraven, Taylor Johnson told the magazine, “I think there was something unique and grounded about this character.” “We’re all sick of seeing certain studio movies and pop culture that makes us not want to go to the movies anymore.” If I didn’t think there was something to really bring this figure to life, I wouldn’t have agreed to do it.

It was a whole new task to work on a Sony/Marvel movie, he said later in the interview. “That’s one thing: the story, the character, and the part.” Then you deal with a company and a franchise, or possible franchises, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves. In a way, they’re rolling the dice on me, which is nice. On the other hand, you need to please the studio, the public, and yourself as an actor. All of that is really hard for me.”

What Does Aaron Taylor Johnson Think About Being James Bond?

James Bond is another possible brand that Taylor Johnson is looking at. He’s been a favorite for a long time to replace Daniel Craig in the role. On March 18, The Sun reported that he had been officially offered the part and would soon sign a deal. The story was played down by people close to Taylor-Johnson, who said that he has not been cast as Bond. However, in the future, anything could happen.

“I can only really talk about the things I’m going to show and tell,” Taylor-Johnson told Rolling Stone UK about Bond. “I don’t think I need a plan for my future.” I think, “No matter what’s happened to me, I can fuckin’ do better.” While the runners and riders were walking around the field, Aaron Taylor Johnson got off his horse and walked back to the changing room while tapping his whip carefully against his thigh.

What took place? Was his lawyer exaggerating when he leaked talks to the press in the hopes that the attention would lead to a huge fee? Did someone call their bluff? What do you know? In any case, directors Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson, who are in charge of Bond’s love life at the famous Eon offices in Piccadilly, need to start looking again and look over the crumpled and heavily thumbed form shee.

Who Else Can Be The Next James Bond?

Idris Elba

For many, this would be a great choice. Elba is a great character lead who has done action movies before and has a strong, funny personality. Ten years ago, the ridiculous argument about whether or not a black person should play James Bond ended, but Elba’s selection might have the same effect on Tucker Carlson as if someone stabbed him in the heart with 10ml of poison from a specially modified umbrella. Elba has said he’s too busy playing Luther and has been humble about his age (51). What does it matter? He looks great. Tom Cruise is 61 years old.

Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise, James Bond

It would be shocking if The Cruise could do a British accent. Could he make it sound like he has a Canadian accent? He makes great tuxes. He’s already a legend, though, so it would be weird to see him play another hero. He might also be too much of a gentleman and family-values guy to play the scenes where he knows a lot about cocktails and cheats on his girlfriend, though these have become less of a problem lately.

Rége-Jean Page

Page (from Bridgerton), who is definitely one of the younger actors, has the charm, the style, and the cheekiness to be a great Bond. He might be a Bond for the TikTok generation, and both men and women could become fans of him.

Richard Madden

Madden is a very likable and good-looking actor. He won over viewers’ hearts and minds with his role as the brave police officer protecting Keeley Hawes’s home secretary in Jed Mercurio’s TV drama The Bodyguard. But he might be too nice.

Henry Golding

Golding makes you want to swoon. He is a dishonest and smart Malaysian-British actor who played the tricky, familiar rich character Nick in Crazy Rich Asians. He could give a good dress, and CRA showed that Golding could make a convincing man of the world. Like with others, a director would have to change his act so that he doesn’t come across as a nice guy who just wants likes on Instagram. But it’s easy to believe him.

Tom Hiddleston

Hiddleston is a lot like the standard James Bond: he is tall, good-looking, well-spoken, and from a public school in England. He has also worked as the lead in The Night Manager, which is the most famous spy school in the world. Is it possible that Hiddleston doesn’t see this as the next step in his career? He has, of course, played the over-the-top bad guy Loki in the Marvel movies, but that only makes him more credible as a Bond.

Matt Smith

If Broccoli and Wilson decided to take the advice of many fans, experts, and back-seat Aston Martin drivers over the years and set the franchise in the 1950s and 1960s, Smith might be the best Bond actor. Smith has chiseled looks and played a young Prince Philip in The Crown. (That might also make sense, by the way, given how No Time to Die ended.) Because Smith was also Dr. Who, that shows he can be funny, and fans of Dr. Who might not mind this new turn of events.

Taron Egerton

Egerton is a good actor who has experience playing action roles and could make a joke after a punch in a close-up. But there’s a problem with existence. His part in the Kingsman movies puts him in a kind of Bond-like role, and he’s also part of the Vaughn/Ritchie world, which could rule him out. Some James Bond fans would think it was like putting Mike Myers in his Austin Powers outfit. But you could be wrong.

James Martin

The TV chef James Martin Martin is very cool and good-looking. He used to hang out with Bond director Barbara Broccoli and has said that she is the love of his life. Having him in the chain would be a nice touch, and he’d be great in a restaurant scene.
