Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia, has pledged to exact revenge on those responsible for the fatal attack on a Moscow music venue that has left 137 people dead. According to officials, the four major suspects were apprehended close to the Ukrainian border. The four guys were accused of carrying out a terrorist act when they appeared in court on Sunday. They were all visibly injured and bruised. The four individuals, who originate from Tajikistan, the former Soviet republic, are in Russia either temporarily or due to their expired visas.

The Attack Has Been Considered The Most Violent In Russia In Decades

Less than a week has passed since Putin tightened his hold on the nation he has controlled since the turn of the century by winning a stage-managed election. Friday’s attack on the Crocus City Hall was the bloodiest terror attack on Russia’s capital in decades.

ISIS, a terrorist organization, took credit for the tragic event. On Friday, a US official stated that Washington has no grounds to reject the assertion made by ISIS. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called for international collaboration against ISIS on Saturday in response to this development. “ISIS is a terrorist group that operates around the globe and poses a major threat to everyone in the world. … we urge all nations to collaborate to ensure that ISIS will be unable to launch another attack anywhere in the globe,” Guterres stated during a press conference.
