The developers of Battlefield V, DICE, and EA said that the game would be receiving its last update this summer.

The developers announced via Rock Paper Shotgun that the update will have a new Libyan map, game tweaks, and more weapons

However, there will be no new chapter, it added. The Pacific-themed “Into the Jungle” is the last seasonal update since the game’s launch.

After this, emphasis will be laid on weekly tournaments, events, and rewards.

The update is scheduled to be launched in June. However, DICE warned that as the work is taking place from home due to the ongoing pandemic, the launch time may be delayed.
