Dog in Colorado delivers groceries to neighbor at risk of COVID-19

During these difficult occasions — networks are meeting up to assist. In one Colorado neighborhood, a little guy is doing his part and acquiring staple goods to a neighbor’s need.

Renee hellman has COPD and other ailments that make her an ideal objective for the infection, so her neighbor, Karen Eveleth, concocted an answer.

“Karen’s a great neighbor, she watches out for me,” Renee said.

Karen prepared her canine Sundance, otherwise called Sunny, to bring Renee’s basic food item list each day. At that point each night, he brings some food supplies over to her.

“He’s a hero for sure,” Karen said.

It began with a test attempt however it immediately turned out to be clear Sunny needed to help.

“He just did it, it was, all of a sudden, and he was here, and that’s my job, and I’m gonna do it – so it was wonderful,” Renee said.

“She could not believe it, she always runs to the window to see that ‘oh my God I can’t believe he did it again, and again, and again,’” Karen said.

Obviously, there’s something in it for him as well.

“He does get his treats, he’s motivated by those for sure. But he’s really special to me, and I’d be lost without him because he helps me so much, so I wanted him to help other people. That’s exactly what he did. Pretty proud,” Karen explained.

Karen says her canine has been doing this for half a month at this point and they’ll prop it up as long as they need to. It’s nothing unexpected Sunny carries a little splendor to the world.

“We have to have something fun in our lives, and this is definitely fun,” Renee said.

Karen and Renee both state this demonstrates it’s not just people who can help during this shocking period of scarcity, possibly your pets can as well.
