The Internal Revenue Agency of the United States is continuing to search for and devise ways to help out citizens with any kind of stimulus check payment. The most recent one, though, is no longer known as a stimulus check. At the same time, this is one of the highest American aid sent out, as the payment can reach a maximum of $12,000. Tax rebates will constitute the majority of it.

Citizens who will be eligible for such tax rebates will probably be eligible for both federal and state aid. Even if stimulus check payments from the federal government ended several years ago, there are still plenty of options to select from that will get you a significant amount of cast after the taxes are filed.

Who Will Be Eligible For These Stimulus Checks?

Just so that everyone is on the same page, the stimulus check/tax rebate we are referencing is only open to California state citizens. Furthermore, you will also have to file your taxes within the specified deadline to be eligible for it. As such, there is a collective amount of $12,076 available to be received over the following tax credits: the Federal Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), the California Earned Income Tax Credits (CalEITC), and the Young Child Tax Credit (YCTC).

For the tax year of 2023, residents whose income is low will receive a stimulus check/tax rebate payment worth a maximum of $3,529. A third requirement to be eligible is to earn less than $30,950 per year. Citizens who think they will meet all these requirements and want to try applying will have to submit FTB Form 3514. However, this does not mean people who earn more than that minimum threshold cannot get any money. The EITC is still open to them.
